The rapid development of information technologies in the end of 20-th century required creation of modern and more advanced equipment in the area of communication and security systems. 1997 was the year of establishment for T & T International. One of the priority directions of the company was digital signal processing and voice information recording. High scientific and technical potential made possible the creation of hardware-software complex for recording of Drag-Net telephone and dispatchers'conversations.
