The Telepat service is designed for handling payments between telephone subscribers in real-time mode.
To store and transfer amounts, the service uses WebMoney Transfer e-wallets managed by service users by means of mobile
or fixed-line phones.
To manage accounts, Telepat offers two different interfaces - voice-based menu and GSM Keeper (WebMoney
client analogue for mobile platforms). Both options allows you to perform any payment operations with your electronic
wallets - receive transfers from other users, pay up for goods and services, settle payments with partners, increase
e-wallet balance, and exchange received amounts for cash. All activities are carried out in direct access mode - 24x7.
Your fund activities are monitored by a special automatic operator. This eliminates any possible errors or delays in
money transfer, regardless of sender's/remittee's location. The service has no charge for registration and usage of
service interface.
